1. What is The FEoNA Box?
The FEoNA Box is the first Canadian subscription box for female entrepreneurs.
2. What does FEoNA mean?
FEoNA means Female Entrepreneur(s) of North America.
3. What is a %22subscription box%22?
Once you sign up, you receive a recurring subscription charge, and in return you receive a carefully curated box full of items to your door every other month (bi-monthly)!
4. What is the cost?
There are different price points depending on how many boxes you prepay for. Please check out our Subscribe page for pricing.
5. What comes in each box?

You will receive 4-6 items. We always partner with great brands that would be of interest to FEoNAs (Female Entrepreneurs of North America). We curate quality products with the intention to enhance a FEoNA’s lifestyle and business. Items included in the box vary widely. Items include things such as: office supplies and accessories, stationery, office decor, style accessories, beauty and skincare items, office snacks, books, coupons, discounts (on things such as business/life coaching, classes, etc.), and anything else that may empower, motivate, inspire, and encourage you!

Food Allergy Disclaimer
From time to time, prepackaged food items may be included in a FEoNA Box. There are no restrictions to food items and may contain products such as milk, eggs, gluten, seafood, peanuts, other nuts, sesame seeds and capsicum. Subscribers with food allergies must be aware of this risk. The FEoNA Company will not assume any liability for adverse reactions from the food consumed, or items that may come in contact.

6. When are the boxes shipped?
Boxes will be shipped by the 20th of every other month. Boxes will be shipped in these months: January, March, May, July, September, and November. If you do not receive your box, please contact customer service at support@thefeonacompany.com.
7. When am I billed?

You are billed for your first box immediately upon subscribing and autonew depending on the plan you choose.  

Month to Month: you are billed every other month from when you subscribed

3 Box Prepay: you are billed every six months from when you subscribed

6 Box Prepay: you re billed every 12 months from when you subscribed

8. What does a Month To Month Subscription mean?

When you opt for a month to month subscription, you are billed every other month from when you subscribed. You will also pay for the shipping costs.  Taxes are extra.

9. What does 3 Box Prepay mean?

This means you prepay for three (3) boxes in advance. You will be charged the total cost of 3 boxes and shipping for 3 boxes based on when you subscribed.  Taxes are extra.

10. What does an Annual Subscription mean?

This means you prepay for six (6) boxes in advance.You will be charged the total cost of 6 boxes and shipping for 6 boxes based on when you subscribed.  Taxes are extra.

11. Does my subscription automatically renew?

Yes, your subscription will automatically renew based on when you subscribed. So renewal will either take place bi-monthly, every 6 months or every 12 months, depending on the subscription you sign up for. Please see more information below on how to cancel subscriptions.

12. Do you ship internationally?

At this time we only ship to Canada. Please check back because we hope to expand soon!

13. Is shipping included?

No, unfortunately, shipping is not included. Itis a flat rate of $12 plus taxes per box.

14. How do I purchase a gift subscription?

Either click the “Give as Gift” button on the Subscribe page or, when you reach the checkout page, there is an option to check the box that says “this is a gift”. You can then write your message to the recipient.

15. What is your return policy?

Subscription boxes are non-refundable and ineligible for returns.

We do not offer refunds on boxes that have already been shipped. The intention for the subscription box is to Surprise and Delight, so that is a risk you are agreeing to when you subscribe. If you don’t like the box contents, it makes for a perfect opportunity to gift some of the items to your friends, colleagues and clients.

16. How do I cancel my subscription?

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you wish to cancel, the process is simple. When you log into your account, click the “edit” button under your active subscriptions. Cancel the subscription, then press “change”. If you cancel before you are billed, your cancellation will go into effect immediately. If you cancel your subscription after you are billed for that month, you will still be charged, you will receive your next box and then your cancellation will go into effect the next month.

17. Can I cancel a prepaid subscription?

Yes you can. The process is the same as for month to month subscriptions as noted above.

18. How do I go from month to month to 3 Month Prepay or 6 Month Prepay?

When you log into your account, click the “edit” button under your active subscriptions. Modify the subscription terms, then press “change”. Your changes will be reflected in your next billing cycle.

19. How do I submit a product for your box?

We love to hear from new companies about new products and services!  We are always looking to partner with great brands that would be of interest to FEoNAs (Female Entrepreneurs of North America). We value quality products that enhance a FEoNA’s lifestyle and business. We want to introduce our subscribers to new and special products that we know they’d love.
